Another Monday is here.  I am running a little late this morning.  So I will keep this brief and maybe update it when I get home later.  Busy weekend in sports.  My Celtics win, the sorry ass Knicks managed to beat the Heat, Stony Brook won and St Johns continues their hot streak.  Football is still talking about a lock out and my government is on the verge of a shut down.

Favorite Songs

As I'm sitting here on the laptop, I have my personalized radio station playing on Rhapsody in the background.  Nothing but great music.  When I set up this station a couple of years ago you basically give the system some artist you like and it kind of builds the online radio station around your taste.  Well tonight they got it dead on.  Every song is something I would of played if had hand picked my own songs.  They even threw in one surprise that I never would of thought of on my own.  A song by Nancy Wilson called "Sunny", surprisingly I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.  I never really sat down before and listened to her music, its been my loss.  I might have download some of her music.
Maybe I will tap into the Baileys as I sit here tonight, what do you think?

Another Weekend

Another February weekend has come.  Of course its cold here on Long Island.  We need nice late spring kind of weather, this cold weather really sucks.  Its starting to get on my nerve.  I really miss the sights of Spring and Summer, fellows you know what I'm talking about.  I will leave it at that.  Anyway, its coming soon.  Maybe not soon enough but soon.
My bowling team was absolutely dominant this past Thursday night, we kicked some serious ass.  We spotted our opponent a 118 pin handicap and swept all games.  We had not bowled that well as a team in a long time.  We should make up some serious ground and get into trophy contention, to hell with that, we should get into contention for first place, why settle for just a trophy.

Ice Cream & Letters

Its freakin' freezing and what do we do, we go to Baskin Robbins.  The kids and I got some ice cream.  I got 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of chocolate chip.  I haven't eaten it yet though, just finished dinner, I will get around to it.  I should probably get my butt back to the gym.

I mailed out 14 letters in the last two days.  I don't remember writing 14 letters in my lifetime, lol.  No more football for a while, what the hell am I suppose to do?  Next season will be a Cowboys season.

Introduction to Basic Synergy Education LIFE coaching was awesome and I can't wait to be a graduate! There is a lot to learn about myself in this class.  I will take the class, not sure when yet, but I will definitely take the class.  This class will help me be a better version of me.

Halftime Show

For the first time in many years the halftime show performers were from this decade.  Yeah I know, it was only the blackeyed peas, but honestly, i was tired of watching people from the past few years that were more suited for a nursing home than a halftime show.  Does anyone have any suggestions for next seasons halftime show?  Comment and let me know.

Dancing

Have you ever felt like just cranking tunes and finding a dance floor somewhere and just going for it.  I have not gone out dancing in a club in about 2 years.  I need to get my friends together and go clubbing.  Right now I'm cranking Nelly's "Hot in Here".  A group of my fellow feds and I used to go out every Friday night, I enjoyed that.  Got to get that group back together and do some drinking.  One of these days I will do the Kareoke machine, I haven't been quite drunk enough yet to get it done.  Its a shame I'm always driving when I go out, so I have to have limits.  That was a fun thing when we went away to training in Chicago and both times in Memphis, the hotels had bars in them.  They didn't have night clubs though, that would of been fun.  In any event, I need to get out and get my groove on.

SPRING IS ONE MONTH CLOSER!

Spring is one month closer now that February has started.  I personally am done with the snow and ice.  We need some warm weather here in NY.  Our new catalog kinds of gives you that spring feel.  It just looks like spring.
Snow, rain, ice, then repeat.  Oh well, I can't do anything about the weather but some day I plan on living somewhere warm in the winter months and back in NY come spring time.  Am I the only one who feels this way?  What about you?
