The Weekend
The weekend is finally here. Its about time too. My vacation is 1 day closer. The weather is beautiful out as well. My sons day care as closed today so he spent the day with his grandpa. I am here at grandpa's to pick him up now afte work and of course the little guy is sleeping. I will let him finish his nap before taking him home.
I think its time to start taking care of James again. I'm going back to the gym this weekend. Maybe I can drag my daughter with me. I've been so lazy about the gym the last couple of months.
So what else is up in the world?
My Arbonne business is moving right along. Making an additional income, which comes in handy being a federal employee. Our salaries have been frozen or the next 2 years at least, probably more. In fact, it is more expensive to dispose of mineral oil, than to purchase it. Mineral oil is the main ingredient in many baby care items as well. Baby oil, Vaseline® (petroleum jelly), baby wash liquid soap, and baby lotions all contain mineral oil as a key ingredient. As mentioned above, manufacturers can buy it very inexpensively and it will not spoil. The problem is that mineral oil is foreign to the human body and has many harmful effects, especially on infants. • Mineral oil acts as a thin plastic layer on the skin. • It is difficult to absorb and clogs the pores, which slows the skin's ability to eliminate toxins. Remember, the skin is the body's largest organ and plays an important role in maintaining overall health! •
Studies have also shown forms of pneumonia caused by mineral oil decreasing lung function, known as lipoid pneumonia. Because of these dangers, the medical community has condemned the use of mineral oil taken orally or as an ingredient in medications. Given these harmful effects, when caring for babies, it is best to use all natural products. Many caretakers know that babies love to put their hands in their mouths. This also means that whatever is on their hands is also going in their mouth, and into their bodies. It is best not to chance your baby's health with mineral oil and petroleum-based products. This is especially true for infant massage. Use of an all-natural, vegetable or fruit-based, unscented oil is best. Natural oils are easily absorbed and digested by the body. And oils with added vitamin E will actually benefit the skin and act as an antioxidant.

Games
I recently starting playing a game called Word Mole on my blackberry. Its my newest most favorite game. It makes me think. Sometimes thinking is a good thing. Their are times where I turn the brain off. That time is coming soon too. The kids are playing while watching SpongeBob Squarepants. I'm happy to see my little guy slowing starting to graduate from Nick Jr to Nick. My god, Patrick just figured out that the food is in the can. Cartoons aren't the same back when I was a kid.

Blog?
I have no idea what to blog about tonight. None whatsoever. The big kid is doing her nails and the little guy is watching the cartoon network. Their mother is laying down (of course).
We have two weeks left of bowling and we have no chance at a trophy this year. That really sucks. I got to spoiled over the last couple of seasons. We have collected a decent amount of trophies. 7 seasons with 3 trophies. Never enough trophies. Maybe I will join a summer league this season. I didn't do one last season. Whether I do or not, I do plan to practice more this summer.
