Recipe for Vegan Protein/Fiber Bars (Chocolate or Vanilla)

Vegan Protein/Fiber Bars (Chocolate or Vanilla)

16 oz. Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

1 3/4 - 2 cups Honey or Agave

2 1/4 cups Chocolate or Vanilla Arbonne Essentials Vegan Protein Powder http://arbonne.com/essentials

2 1/2 cups Uncooked Oatmeal or Organic Rice Crisps

1/2 cups Arbonne Essentials Fiber Boost http://arbonne.com/essentials

*Optional -- crushed almonds sprinkled in as desired, dried cranberries sprinkled in as desired...

Directions: In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop combine peanut butter & honey for 2-3 mins or until it easily stirs. Add protein powder, fiber boost & oatmeal (and optional add-ins) mix throughly. Press into 9X11in. pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until solid enough to cut into small pieces. Store pieces into tupperware or wrap each bar in foil or plastic wrap and store in fridge.
